Dan Wyand, PT & Associates was established in 1981 with a small staff consisting of Dan, a secretary and an aide. Over the years we have expanded our staff and services, moved to a larger facility, and opened a second clinic in Lyndonville, Vermont.
Originally located at Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital, we moved to the Moffett Building on Sherman Drive in 1989 to accommodate our growing practice. Our Lyndonville clinic was opened in 1994 to better serve patients in Lyndonville and surrounding areas. This clinic was located at the Corner Medical Building (also known as Lyndon Corner School), which was severely damaged by fire in 2002. After temporarily merging our two clinics, we moved into our present site on Industrial Parkway and are once again sharing a building with Corner Medical.
Currently, our staff consists of 8 Physical Therapists, an Occupational Therapist, 4 Physical Therapy Assistants, an Athletic Trainer and support staff…some of whom have been here thirty-plus years! We have maintained our affiliation with NVRH throughout the years and continue to provide inpatient care at the facility. We currently staff a Physical Therapist, and an Occupational Therapist to provide care to admitted patients.
Our offices have expanded, but we continue to offer personalized care with the same commitment and concern for our patients that we did in 1981.
