We have large gyms in both of our clinics with modern and customized workout equipment that our team of specialists utilizes to carry out your physical therapy plan of care as designated by your Physical Therapist.
Once your physical therapy goals are met and your program is complete we offer two programs to support your long-term health and recovery.
Our first program is called our Minimally Supervised Program (MSP). After your therapy goals are met, you can transition to a supervised 30-day program in the gym set up by your physical therapist. During the 30 days you will be re-checked once by your physical therapist to determine if you are completing the program correctly, to progress your program and to see if you have any questions.
After the 30 day MSP program is completed, if you would like to continue using the gym facilities you can transition to our Independent Program (IP) and pay $30/month for continued use of the gym and its equipment. The Independent Program allows you to continue to use the program and equipment you are familiar with for long-term maximal recovery.
We have found that this 3 level program of initial physical therapy treatment and recovery to minimally supervised program to independent program provides the best long-term outcomes for our orthopedic clients.
